The broken loop
Most Indian women with hormonal conditions are already mixing approaches. What's missing is the evidence for what combinations actually work, together, over time.
What happens when you combine all of this?
Nobody has studied it. Not at cohort scale. Not for Indian women specifically. Not longitudinally.
Laiqa was built to close that gap.
The longitudinal evidence for what combinations actually work, for Indian women with hormonal conditions specifically, largely does not exist. Inositol plus shatavari plus levothyroxine plus lifestyle change, tracked over 6 months, in a 26 year old woman in Delhi? That data has not been collected.
We are a research company first. The product is the channel.
The rigour is what makes the outcomes real. Because we measure everything at cohort scale, the protocols improve over time. That is why the numbers above exist.
Evidence-first, not assumption-first.
Every protocol we build has a clinical rationale traced to Ayurvedic literature and reviewed by our clinicians. When the evidence for a specific intervention is thin, we do not guess. We put it on the research agenda and keep looking. Your protocol is never built on someone's intuition dressed up as science.
We build the evidence, not just the protocol.
Integrative medicine for Indian women is understudied because nobody had both the access and the rigour to study it at scale. Every outcome Laiqa collects is data the field did not have before. The longer we run, the stronger the evidence behind every protocol gets.
Driver-led, not symptom-led.
Two women with the same diagnosis can have completely different root-cause drivers. One is insulin-driven. Another is adrenal. The protocol must match the driver, not the label. Laiqa scores five drivers per woman before building her protocol.
Clinician-approved before delivery.
Every Ayurvedic recommendation, herb, supplement, dietary change, is reviewed by a clinician before it reaches your phone. Every recommendation, every time. No automation without sign-off.

Laiqa is a clinician-supervised, WhatsApp-first programme that puts PCOS, hypothyroidism, and amenorrhea into remission for Indian women using personalised Ayurvedic protocols that target root-cause drivers: insulin resistance, stress and cortisol, androgen and inflammation, gut and digestive function, and thyroid and metabolic slowness.
Ayurvedic protocols offer a range of interventions โ herbs, dietary adjustments, lifestyle changes โ that map well onto the five hormonal drivers Laiqa treats. Every protocol is authored and reviewed by clinicians before it reaches a user. Laiqa builds outcome data at cohort scale, which adds to the evidence base for these interventions over time.
Most hormonal-health apps give generic advice. Laiqa identifies each woman's specific root-cause drivers and builds a protocol for those drivers โ not for the diagnosis label. Every recommendation is Ayurvedic, clinician-reviewed, and delivered on WhatsApp with ongoing clinician supervision.
Laiqa is led by cofounders Monica Bindra (Founder) and Aashish Tripathi.
